We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the Direct channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with clients and driving business growth.Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies.




- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Any Graduates Experience: Min. 1 Year from life insurance and financial services

Age should be between 25-40. He should be a resident of the city we are hiring for 5+ years.

- Domicil min 2 years
- CTC : 2.4 LPA LPA to 7 LPA
