Relationship Manager – Business Development (Personal Loan Sales)

Location: Pattabiram / Tambaram, Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Administration, or related field)

CTC: ₹2.40 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Rolls)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Business Development to drive Personal Loan Sales by acquiring new customers, building long-term client relationships, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Generate business through customer acquisition, referrals, and lead generation.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable personal loan solutions.

Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and close sales opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.





Identify new business opportunities through market research.

Maintain sales reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Banking, Sales, Finance, or a related industry.

Positive knowledge of Personal Loan products and banking services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
