Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our Automobile Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle requirements, and guiding them through the complete car-buying process to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate prospective customer leads.

- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.

- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.

- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
