Role Purpose The Lead Associate - Issuing Authority Relationship, shifts verification operations from a reactive, remote model to a proactive, relationship-led approach. Managing a portfolio of verifying authorities (universities, councils, registries, and regulatory bodies), the Lead establishes strategic, institutional partnerships to accelerate turnaround times, clear backlogs, and optimize pipeline throughput within high-volume corridors.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with institutional gatekeepers; establish Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) and execute structured in-person visits to priority authorities.
- Process Optimization: Negotiate and implement systematic batch hand-offs, scheduled pickups, and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to streamline high-volume workflows.
- Backlog & Performance Control: Drive down average Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Data Discipline & Reporting: Maintain complete relationship maps and log all interactions, visits, and agreements in the CRM to ensure institutional continuity.
- On-Ground Intelligence: Validate the operational status of local institutions, flagging anomalies or potential fraud to central operations.
- Compliance Adherence:



Operate in strict accordance with the companys anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and ethical conduct policies.

Success Measures (KPIs)

- Targeting high-volume issuing authorities with turnaround times for dedicated relationship management
- Integrating and enabling DigiFlow 3.0 adoption
- Volume of aging backlogs reduced and improvement in first-time-right response rates.
- On-time verification rate and 100% written verification compliance.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Language & Mobility: Full fluency in the designated local language(s) and English; complete geographic mobility within the cluster.
- Professional Experience: Preferred but not Mandatory - Track record in field-based institutional relations, government liaison and coordination
- Technical Aptitude: Experience utilizing CRM systems and mobile reporting tools.
- Background & Ethics: Impeccable background and conduct record, subject to rigorous regulatory and conflict-of-interest screening.
