- Design, develop, test, and deploy PL/SQL code for various applications using SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide UAT support by testing and debugging code during the development phase.
- Ensure traceability of changes made to existing systems through version control tools like Git.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of API integration, elicitation, process modelling, and PL/SQL programming language.
- Experience working on projects involving UAT support and traceability tracking.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with business users, compliance, and partner teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and timely delivery.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, process flows, and impact analysis.
- Support UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, and sign-off with business stakeholders.
- Ensure month end closing in defined timelines.
Handling reinsurance requirements
- Requirements Elicitation: Gathers and documents functional and non-functional requirements for reinsurance system enhancements.
- Treaty Implementation: Coordinate to configures or specifies how new reinsurance treaties and amendments should be structured within the application.
- Change Management: Conducts Impact Analysis for change requests to ensure updates don't break existing treaty calculations or reporting.
- Testing & Validation: Designs test cases and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that the application correctly calculates premiums, commissions.
- Platform Optimization: Identifies opportunities for Process Automation, streamlining manual technical workflows.
- Month end closing : coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that timely closing of month end.
