- Junior Executive - Retort Studies and USFDA Compliance.
The position will support:
-
- Retort validation studies,
- - Heat-distribution and heat-penetration trials,
- - Routine retort-record verification,
- - Data compilation, calibration records and maintenance of USFDA FCE, SID and scheduled-process documentation.
- The preferred candidate should have a B.Tech., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with a positive understanding of thermal processing and food-safety documentation may also be considered.
