- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets for construction chemicals, adhesives, epoxy, grouting, putty, coating products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share in the region by identifying current business opportunities and building relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in project sales or similar role in the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, adhesives, epoxy, grouting, putty, coating products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team management and strategic planning.
