Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Regional Recruiter to support high-volume, hourly (non-exempt) hiring for our Texas Region. Based in India, this role partners directly with Texas hiring managers to keep the full recruitment cycle moving from posting jobs in iCIMS through candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and new hire notifications. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with U.S.-based operations leaders and play a visible role in staffing one of our fastest-growing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting & Candidate Management (iCIMS)

- Add, post, and maintain hourly, non-exempt job openings in iCIMS on behalf of Texas hiring managers.
- Review incoming applicants; filter and code candidates accurately in iCIMS by status, disposition, and job fit.
- Ensure candidate records, statuses, and dispositions remain accurate and up to date throughout the hiring process.

Screening & Interview Coordination

- Conduct initial candidate screenings against position requirements and hiring manager criteria.
- Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers; send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Guide candidates through each step of the process and provide excellent candidate experience.

Offers & Notifications

- Ensure employment applications are complete and properly submitted before advancing candidates.
- Prepare and send employment notifications and offer letters for hourly, non-exempt hires, following company templates and approval processes.
- Support pre-onboarding steps and hand off cleanly to onboarding teams.

Tracking, Reporting & Talent Management

- Maintain spreadsheet trackers for requisitions, candidate pipelines, and hiring activity across the Texas Region.
- Produce regular reports on openings, applicant flow, interviews, and hires for regional leadership.
- Support broader talent management initiatives and assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in recruitment coordination or full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting U.S.-based, high-volume hourly hiring.
- iCIMS experience required. UKG experience preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with transparent, professional communication across candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based tracking; comfortable building and maintaining reports.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams or in a global support function is a plus.
