Role & responsibilities To strengthen employee capability across the region by delivering structured training programs and ensuring adherence to organizational policies, RBI regulations, and operational standards, thereby improving business productivity and compliance levels.

Training Delivery

- Conduct induction training for new joiners
- Deliver functional training on microfinance operations, credit processes, disbursement and collections
- Facilitate refresher training programs based on performance gaps

Compliance & Regulatory Training

- Provide training on RBI Master Directions for NBFC-MFIs
- Educate staff on MFIN Code of Conduct and Fair Practices Code
- Drive awareness on audit observations, compliance gaps, and fraud risks

Training Need Identification

- Identify training needs through field visits, audit findings, and business performance
- Align training plans with business requirements

Field Support & Monitoring

- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate staff performance
- Observe center meetings and provide on-the-job coaching

Training Planning & MIS





- Prepare monthly and quarterly training calendar
- Maintain training records and assessment scores
- Track effectiveness and submit reports

Policy & Process Rollout

- Support implementation of new products and policy updates
- Ensure effective communication across branches

Key Deliverables (KPIs)

- Training coverage across branches
- Improvement in employee productivity
- Reduction in audit and compliance observations
- Training effectiveness scores

Qualifications

Graduate (Mandatory)

Postgraduate / MBA (Preferred)

Experience

37 years in Microfinance / NBFC / Banking

Experience in training or operations preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of microfinance operations
- Understanding of RBI regulations and compliance
- Presentation and facilitation skills
- Communication skills (local language + English)
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
