- Regular auditing of warehouses for infrastructure requirements
- Ensures availability of vehicles on time and timely clearance of bills of vendors
- Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports MIS and traceability dashboards
- Support CFAs and transporters to ensure systems and reporting are in place for effective distribution of stock
- Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags
- Regular interface with internal tools Logistics Control Tower and Warehouse
- Management System for SLA adherence and monitoring purposes
- Undertakes regular assessment of CFAs and transporters in assigned region
- Provide inputs on quality of manpower recruited by CFAs
- Identification and first cut negotiation with right transporters and landlords
