A multi-family office is hiring a Regional Head for South India with full P&L; accountability.

Key responsibilities

- Own and deliver South India revenue and AUM targets with full P&L; accountability

- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Kerala

- Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership

- Drive expansion into Tier 2 markets including Coimbatore, Madurai, Vijayawada, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Kochi and Thrissur

- Recruit, mentor and lead a team of Client Partners across South India

- Personally prospect and onboard UHNI families including industrialists, promoters, senior professionals and first-generation wealth creators





- Cross-sell the full advisory suite covering financial advisory, tax, legal, succession, philanthropy and lifestyle management

- Act as escalation point and senior relationship custodian for complex client situations

Target backgrounds: Regional or Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth or Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
