Role Description This is a full-time Regional Export Manager position based in Mumbai, India, with a hybrid work arrangement offering some work-from-home flexibility.

The Regional Export Manager will lead and manage the company’s export operations from India to the Middle East and European markets. The role is responsible for driving regional business growth by developing and executing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end export operations, managing orders and export documentation, coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams,



ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering efficient, timely export execution.

As the primary point of contact for customers across the assigned regions, the Regional Export Manager will collaborate closely with procurement, production, quality assurance, finance, and logistics teams to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of regional sales and expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end export operations from India to assigned regions.
- Develop and grow business with importers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
- Negotiate commercial terms and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Achieve regional sales and business growth targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in export sales or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, customs procedures, and global logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
