Regional Business Development Manager – Gold Loan & Investment

Job responsibilities

- Develop and grow Gold Loan and Investment business in the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Manage and support branch performance.
- Recruit, train, and guide Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Increase customer acquisition for Gold Loan and Investment products.
- Conduct regular branch visits and monitor business activities.
- Build solid relationships with customers and local business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor collections, deposits, and overall business growth.
- Submit business performance reports to management.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Gold Loan, or Investment business.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
