About the Role

Tivor Tech is seeking a detail-oriented Referral Coordinator (LOP) to support U.S. healthcare providers managing Personal Injury (PI) cases. The Referral Coordinator will ensure patients complete all recommended diagnostic testing and specialist referrals after their physician visit, maintaining continuity of care and timely treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EMG/NCV, and specialist appointments.

Communicate with imaging centers, specialists, and referring providers.

Track referrals from creation through completion.

Follow up with patients until all appointments are completed.

Resolve scheduling and authorization issues promptly.

Maintain accurate referral documentation within the EMR/EHR system.

Update healthcare providers regarding referral status.

Coordinate with attorneys and case managers when required for Personal Injury (PI) cases.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Referral Coordinator in a U.S. healthcare setting.

Experience in Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP) workflows is preferred.

Strong knowledge of imaging and specialist referral processes.





Experience using U.S. healthcare EMR/EHR systems.

Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple referrals in a rapid-paced environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare practices, including:

Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP)

Chiropractic Clinics

Orthopedic Practices

Pain Management Clinics

Multi-Specialty Clinics

Medical Spa Practices

Ideal candidates should have experience with:

Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP) workflows.

Working with attorneys, case managers, and referral partners.

U.S. healthcare EMR/EHR systems such as MYCA500, ChiroTouch, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar platforms.

High-volume patient scheduling and follow-up.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Spanish proficiency where applicable is an added advantage).

Working independently while supporting U.S. healthcare providers.

Maintaining HIPAA compliance and handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

Meeting productivity and quality KPIs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
