Job Title: Reefer engineer

Location: Uran

Timing: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Position Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled Reefer Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair reefer containers and refrigeration systems. The role is responsible for ensuring maximum equipment uptime, maintaining temperature performance, and providing prompt technical support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in refrigeration systems, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis, with a solid commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service reefer containers and refrigeration units.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults.
- Conduct gas charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system calibration.
- Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, control panels, and refrigeration circuits.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations, Service,



and Customer Support teams for timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and customer handover.

Experience Requirements

- 2-6 years of experience in Reefer Containers, Cold Chain, HVAC, Refrigeration, or Industrial Cooling Systems.
- Experience with Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, Star Cool, or Mitsubishi refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
