We are seeking a detail-oriented Reference Code Professional to manage, maintain, and govern reference data and coding structures across business applications. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance with standards, and supporting business operations through effective data management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain reference/master data records and code tables.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
- Analyze requests for new codes, modifications, and deactivations.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, IT, and compliance teams.
- Document data standards, processes, and governance procedures.
- Support audits by providing reference data validation and traceability.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to coding and reference data management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data management, master data, or reference data operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
