Repliers is looking for an experienced Reddit moderator to manage and grow our presence in relevant real estate, proptech, and tech subreddits.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor relevant subreddits (e.g., r/realestate, r/proptech, r/realtors, and similar communities) for mentions, questions, and discussions relevant to Repliers

- Respond to comments and posts authentically, providing helpful, non-promotional value first

- Flag opportunities for the team to engage directly (product feedback, potential leads, PR risks)

- Build and maintain relationships with subreddit mods where relevant, and understand each community's rules to keep engagement compliant

- Identify and surface trending conversations, complaints, or questions the company should be aware of

- Occasionally draft and post original content (AMAs, educational posts)



when appropriate for the community

Requirements:

- Proven experience moderating or actively participating in Reddit communities —

please include examples of past moderation work or an active Reddit profile/history demonstrating relevant experience

- Robust understanding of Reddit culture, tone, and what gets a post removed vs. embraced

- Comfortable navigating skepticism toward corporate accounts — genuine, non-salesy voice required

- Familiarity with real estate, proptech, or SaaS industries a plus

- Ability to exercise judgment on what's worth escalating internally

Time commitment:

15 - 20 hours/week
