About the Role

Impetus Career Consultants is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Technical Hiring to lead end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, client management, team leadership, and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions.
- Lead, mentor, and drive a team of technical recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Build solid talent pipelines for niche and emerging technology skills.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and team productivity.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on hiring experience across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, Cyber Security, QA, ERP, and Full Stack Development.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and talent mapping.

Qualifications
- B.Tech and/or MBA preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
