Location: Erumapalayam, Salem

Industry: textile manufacturing

Time: 9.30am to 7pm

Roles:

1. Responsible for manpower planning along with budget
2. Responsible for sourcing of right candidates through right platform
3. Profile Screening and conducting preliminary round of Interview
4. Conducting Aptitude test, Functional Test and psychometric assessment
5. Interview scheduling and organizing panel members
6. Creating of of all roles
7. Organizing panel Interview and obtain candidature feedback for further process
8. Conducting Reference and background verification
9. Issuing Offer Letter and Appointment Order
10. Conducting Joining Formalities and Induction Orientation
11. Responsible for employee retention
12. Responsible for competency development
13.



Plan and execute employee engagement activities
14. Responsible for employee exit process
15. Preparing MIS and Review

Qualification:

BBA/BCom | MBA preferred

2+ years experience needed

Textile Industry experience preferred
