Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and industries.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Allocate hiring mandates and monitor team productivity.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and social platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics including TAT, closures, and recruiter performance.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
