NVT Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support talent acquisition and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process while assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records. This role requires solid communication, organizational, and relationship management skills to ensure timely and successful hiring.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Operations & Onboarding:




- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- Support employee data management and HR administrative processes.
- Assist with HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.

Requirement:

*Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Experience working with job portals, social media recruitment, and candidate databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

*Bangalore based candidates from in and around Whitefield area preferred.
