What you will do
- Search and shortlist candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, and other sources
- Talk to candidates and explain job roles
- Schedule interviews and follow up with clients and candidates
- Update trackers/ATS regularly
What we need
- Fresher or 0-1 year experience
- Good communication skills
- Organized and willing to learn
