Job Responsibilities: - Hire and recruit top talent for various roles - Maintain and manage candidate pipelines - Coordinate with clients and candidates for smooth recruitment process - Build and lead a team of recruiters (as you grow) - Meet recruitment targets and improve process efficiency
Work Details: - Part-time: 4 hours/day, ₹15-18k/month
Full-time: 7 hours/day, ₹20-25k/month
Flexible hours, work-from-home
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
