Job Title: Recruiters (Bench Sales Freshers & Experienced)

S4 Analytics is looking for experienced Bench Sales Recruiters to join our US Staffing team in Hyderabad.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior Pharma or Life Sciences staffing experience along with US Bench Sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and place bench consultants across US staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
- Work on C2C and W2 requirements and vendor submissions.
- Identify suitable requirements and negotiate rates.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal recruiting teams.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and support consultant marketing activities.





Required Skills:

- 0–10 years of experience in US Bench Sales.
- Mandatory Pharma/Life Sciences staffing experience.
- Strong understanding of C2C/W2 hiring models.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing setting.
