IT Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations,

Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports in the ATS Stay updated on IT hiring trends, technologies, and market salary benchmarks Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulations
