Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions, primarily for blue-collar and operational roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Create compelling job postings and publish them on various platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support interview logistics
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Conduct reference checks, document verification, and support background checks
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and training for selected candidates
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, candidate availability, and sourcing strategies
- Promote employer branding to attract talent and strengthen the organization's talent pipeline
