? Location: Indore (Onsite) ? Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for diverse US-based clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize premium US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify top-tier talent.
- Tax Term Knowledge: Efficiently source and screen candidates across W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Managers and client stakeholders to understand and fulfill complex hiring requirements.
- Candidate Management: Screen, interview,



and shortlist qualified professionals while negotiating compensation and managing the onboarding pipeline.
- Compliance: Maintain strict ATS compliance and build a robust, sustainable talent pipeline.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in US IT or Non-IT recruitment.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in utilizing US job boards, advanced sourcing strategies, and VMS portals.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid expertise in C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work consistently in the US night shift.
- Core Competencies: Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
