Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Understand client requirements and begin sourcing immediately after receiving a requirement.
- Submit relevant candidate profiles within a few hours whenever possible.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous follow-up until offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals across multiple skill sets.
- Negotiate compensation and notice periods with candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Meet monthly recruitment and closure targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.




- Experience recruiting for both Contract Staffing and Permanent Hiring.
- Proven track record of successful closures.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with aggressive turnaround times.
- Self-driven with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred) While you are not expected to be a software engineer, familiarity with common technologies helps in understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates.

Knowledge of technologies such as:

- Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle ERP, Data Engineering, AI / Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, QA Automation, Database technologies (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
