Roles & Responsibilities :

- Sourcing and screening candidates profiles.
- Sourcing on various job portals.
- Interview Coordination and schedule interviews.
- Manage high-volume recruitment activities.
- Work towards daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Handle pressure in a fast-paced hiring setting.

- Requirements:
- People with min 6months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good communication skills are a mandate.




- BPO hiring/Bulk Hiring experience is preferred.
- Consultancy experience in BPO hiring for international process,
- Should have experience sourcing on various job portals.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Should know how to use Naukri and perform searches.

Working Days : Mon to Sat Nature of Job: 6 months contract (Extendable- depending on performance)
