We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with 6 months -2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salary and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Skills: 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
