About 3M Technology Center of Excellence TCOE The team in India will enable 3M Company to further expand internal capabilities in Digital Infrastructure Applications Data Analytics and IT Operational Excellence The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace drive our digital transformation and help define what s next our new products solutions and ideas to improve lives around the world Record to Report SAP FICO Analyst The person hired for the position of Record to Report Product Analyst SAP FICO will be responsible for the implementation and support of key Finance Controlling processes in 3Ms SAP ERP environment The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical and technical skills and will design best practice SAP solutions in close collaboration with business counterparts The position will include working across multiple process teams on solutions to support both production and new releases of SAP ERP within 3M In addition the person will engage in different stages of the deployment activities at 3M mainly driven by risk and changes to our global footprint The candidate should have experience with the following configuration areas within the following SAP ERP modules CO Reporting and Allocations including o Consolidated P L Reporting Contribution Reporting Dual Credit Sales and Gross Margin Reporting Cost Center Accounting CO-CCA Product Cost Controlling CO-PC including o Product Cost Planning Cost Object Controlling Actual Costing Material Ledger CO-PC-ACT Reporting Profitability Analysis CO-PA Profit Center Accounting CO-PCA PC IV Periodic Processes PC IV Master Data The person hired for this position must also understand or is willing to learn the integration of SAP FI CO with other module process areas including Materials Management MM Sales Distribution SD Logistics Execution LE including Transportation Management and Plant Maintenance PM Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following Assist in implementing deploying SAP ERP Financials integration and testing Collaborate with business counterparts in the design development testing and delivery of FICO standard and customized solutions in SAP Collaborate with IT colleagues team members and cross functional teams in application design development integration testing and deployment of FICO standard and customized solutions in SAP Design create test document the configuration and customizations of SAP Modules to support global business requirements and performance goals Work with 3M business areas and IT colleagues to define the overall application and technical requirements Ensure the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the functional security integration performance quality and operational requirements Production support escalations as necessary Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree or higher from an accredited university with concentration in Accounting or Management Information Systems A minimum of 2 years experience with SAP configuration and design in SAP Finance Controlling modules A minimum of 2 years experience producing business process configuration and WRICEF functional design documentation with high quality Good understanding of agile methodologies and change management processes Preferred Qualifications Experience in JIRA VERA qTest for change management Experience with ITSM for production support and problem management Strong verbal and written communication skills Educational or professional background SAP Controlling A minimum of 1 year experience with international or global SAP deployments Positive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the interactions between those processes and RTR controlling modules in SAP
