Inland Hospital is seeking a courteous, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming experience while efficiently managing front desk operations and coordinating patient appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Register patients and maintain accurate demographic and contact information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm OPD appointments.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and consultation procedures.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to facilitate smooth patient flow.
- Verify patient records, insurance details, and required documents during registration.
- Handle billing coordination, receipt generation, and cash/card payment collection, where applicable.
- Maintain front desk records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the hospital management.
Pay: ₹8,890.30 - ₹23,373.56 per month
