Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture leads received through digital campaigns, channel partners, referrals, and other sources.

Conduct site visits and deliver compelling project presentations to prospective clients.

Understand customer investment requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Handle client queries, negotiations, and successfully close sales deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in the CRM.

Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to booking.

Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.





Ensure timely documentation and assist clients throughout the booking process. Requirements

1+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.

Robust understanding of the real estate sales cycle, customer handling, and closing techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in conducting site visits and presenting real estate projects to clients.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
