This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Real Estate Intern. The intern will assist with property listings, market research, and coordination of property viewings.

Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining client relationships, and learning about real estate operations and development.



The role also involves assisting in customer service and providing direct support to clients throughout their property buying, selling, or renting journey. Qualifications

Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development

Experience or skills in Real Property and Sales

Strong Customer Service ability and effective communication with clients

Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software is a plus

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team setting

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
