- Professional should be able to lead and execute basic development project using basic design skills, benchmarking & innovation. 5.

Machine

Design integration with good knowledge of complete Engine system design, Hydraulic system design, Structures & Transmission for the loader.

- Complete product life cycle exposure of one backhoe loader development.
- Technically sound for handling field concerns and supporting training.
- Should have led and worked on Cost reduction drives for backhoe loader.
- Should be aware of homologation and compliance requirements as per CMVR.
- Valuable project management skills, led NPD function for the product group.
