Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize formulations for tablets and lozenges.

Execute product development, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.

Prepare and review development reports, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Conduct scale-up, exhibit batches, and process validation activities.

Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with cGMP and applicable guidelines.

Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and scale-up.

Qualifications

B.Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile

5–8 years of experience in formulation and development of tablets and lozenges.

Strong knowledge of QbD, cGMP, process validation, technology transfer, and scale-up.

Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing company.

Valuable analytical, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
