We’re Hiring | Manager / Senior Manager – R&D; (Lithium-Ion Battery) LIB (Epitome Sustainable Energy Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – R&D; to lead Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Design, Development, Testing, and Validation for EV and Energy Storage (BESS) applications.
Location: Supa (Ahmednagar) / Pune
Experience: 3+ years (mandatory experience in the Lithium-Ion battery domain)
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering We’re looking for professionals with experience in:
- EV battery pack development and validation
- BMS selection and integration
- AIS/BIS homologation and certification
- Thermal management and battery optimization
- DVP/DVP&R;, DFMEA, RCA, and reliability testing
