Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry*(Specialization in Inorganic Chemistry )*

We are looking for an R&D; Executive with experience in the Dyes/Chemical Manufacturing Industry to support research, product development, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory experiments and R&D; trials for dyes and specialty chemicals.
- Perform fluorochemistry synthesis and handle corrosive fluoride systems.
- Operate gas traps, scrubbers, and monitor chemical reactions.
- Carry out product isolation, analysis, and process optimization.
- Support process scale-up from laboratory to pilot/production scale.
- Maintain accurate experimental records, technical documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, laboratory safety standards, and MSDS guidelines.




- Coordinate with the production and quality teams for process improvements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safe handling of chemicals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic Chemistry preferred).
- 23 years of R&D; experience in the Dyes/Chemical Manufacturing Industry.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory operations, safety practices, and process development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
