- Core Objective: Execute the daily technical workflows of material synthesis, prototyping, and electrochemical analysis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate experimental cells (Coin/Pouch/Prismatic) and conduct routine electrochemical testing.
- Perform post-mortem analysis of cycled cells to determine degradation mechanisms.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation of experiments and results in the R&D; database.
- Key Required Skills:
- Practical laboratory skills in electrode preparation and cell assembly.
- Proficiency in using Python, MATLAB, or SQL for experimental data processing.
- Robust attention to detail in electrochemical analysis (CV, EIS, GITT).
- Recommended Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
