Job Title: R&D; Executive – Refrigeration

Industry: Refrigeration / HVAC / Consumer Electronics / Manufacturing

Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting research and development activities for refrigeration products, including product design, testing, validation, performance improvement, and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of refrigeration systems and components
- Support Recent Product Development (NPD) and product improvement projects
- Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Engineering teams
- Analyze product performance and recommend design improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Support prototype development and product trials
- Maintain R&D; records, reports, and technical documentation

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles,



HVAC systems, and thermodynamics
- Understanding of product design and engineering principles
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems

Qualification & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in R&D;, Product Development, or Design Engineering

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in refrigeration systems, air conditioners, refrigerators, cold storage equipment, or HVAC products
- Knowledge of compressors, heat exchangers, refrigerants, testing procedures, and product validation

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
