Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated R&D; Executive to support the development and improvement of home appliance products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product design, testing, validation, and engineering documentation within the consumer durable or home appliance industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the design and development of recent home appliance products and components.

- Conduct product testing, validation, and performance analysis.

- Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and technical documentation.

- Support prototype development and coordinate trial builds.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams during product development.

- Identify product improvement opportunities for performance, quality, and cost reduction.

- Perform root cause analysis and resolve product-related technical issues.

- Ensure compliance with BIS, BEE, and other applicable quality and safety standards.





- Coordinate with suppliers for component development and qualification.

- Maintain project timelines and support new product launch activities.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Refrigeration &
- Air Conditioning, or Production Engineering.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in R&D; or Product Development within Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, HVAC, or Refrigeration Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
