Responsibilities

- Assist in sample preparation, testing, and data recording

- Set up, operate, and maintain lab equipment

- Conduct thermal, electrical, mechanical, and chemical analysis on polymer products

- Follow SOPs, ISO procedures, and maintain accurate documentation

- Maintain records of observations, process conditions, and test results

- Manage lab inventory, packaging, labeling, and shipment of materials

- Support failure analysis, product development, and process improvements

- Follow EHS and 5S practices; suggest improvements

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Polymer/Materials/Chemistry

- 0-2 years lab experience (internships acceptable)

- Basic knowledge of polymer testing and lab practices
