Shift: Night Shift (Rotational as per business requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update payment-related data accurately into the system.
- Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and missing information.
- Maintain and organize digital records efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and generate basic reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate and reconcile payment data.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and turnaround times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates (Any discipline) are welcome to apply.
- Typing speed of 30-40 WPM.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
