Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and claims processing to ensure accurate data entry and timely resolution of AR calls.
- Analyze call metrics and provide feedback to improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-1 year of experience in an RCM setting or similar environment.
- Robust knowledge of US healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients, providers, and payers.
