Quick Commerce & E-commerce ExecutiveAbout the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quick Commerce & E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day operations across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, or Flipkart and possess a strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and marketplace operations.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong coordination, ownership, and execution skills to ensure smooth operations across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across Quick Commerce and e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate inventory planning, stock replenishment, and inventory transfers
- Ensure products remain in stock and prevent stock-outs across all platforms
- Create and manage purchase orders and shipment schedules
- Coordinate FBA shipments and inventory movement for marketplaces
- Monitor order processing, dispatch, returns, cancellations, and fulfillment issues
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve operational issues




- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform stock reconciliation
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Marketplace, or E-commerce Operations
- Hands-on experience working with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar
- Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment
- Experience with FBA operations, purchase orders, and stock planning is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience in a D2C or consumer brand will be an added advantage
