We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare quantity estimates, evaluate contractor bills, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction methods, estimation, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.

- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Analyze project costs and prepare budgets for construction activities.

- Verify contractor and vendor bills, measurements, and work completed.

- Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparisons for materials and services.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement, and project teams for quantity verification.

- Evaluate variation orders, additional work, and change requests.





- Maintain accurate documentation related to estimates, contracts, bills, and project costs.

- Assist in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract administration.

- Prepare periodic cost reports and MIS for management.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying software.

- Positive understanding of construction materials, contracts, and billing processes.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
