Job Summary

Responsible for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, cost control, contract administration and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.

· Prepare cost estimates and budgets.

· Verify contractor RA and final bills.

· Conduct quantity reconciliation.

· Prepare tender documents and compare quotations.

· Monitor project costs and prepare MIS reports.

· Coordinate with project, procurement and finance teams.

· Review variation orders and contracts.
