Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Quality Supervisor for our Domestic Banking Collections process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in quality monitoring, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and coaching teams to improve performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate call quality of collection agents.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to quality parameters and compliance standards.
- Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
- Prepare quality reports, scorecards, and MIS.
- Coordinate with operations to drive quality improvements.
- Handle quality audits and ensure process excellence.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate.
- 3–6 years of experience in Domestic Banking Collections.




- Experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of RCA tools and quality parameters.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in call quality monitoring and audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor teams.
- Target-oriented with excellent stakeholder management skills.
