About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager (QC & QA) to lead end-to-end Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities across Foundry, Machine Shop, and Assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality management, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence, process efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete QC & QA activities for Foundry, Machine Shop, and Assembly operations.
- Ensure quality compliance for fabrication, machining, and gearbox/machine assembly processes.
- Manage incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Conduct supplier audits, quality assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Drive supplier quality improvement through vendor qualification, approval, and development.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Utilize PFMEA, 8D Methodology, and 7 QC Tools to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, Planning, Procurement, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, EMS, and OHSAS standards.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records.
- Lead and mentor a quality team of 17–20 members.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Represent the organization during supplier visits, audits, and quality review meetings.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing Quality.
- Minimum 2 years of Foundry Quality experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing a quality team of 17–20 members.
- Exposure to Project Management; EPC experience is an added advantage.
