- Implement and monitor NABH standards across all departments.
- Develop, update, and ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and protocols.
- Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and mock drills for accreditation readiness.
- Drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct CME, workshops, and training sessions on quality, patient safety, and infection control.
- Track and analyze quality indicators, infection rates, and departmental performance metrics.
- Maintain quality manuals, audit records, and MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure statutory adherence (Biomedical Waste, AERB, PNDT, Fire Safety, etc.).
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services for continuous process improvement.
- Act as the nodal officer during NABH inspections, assessments, and renewals.
